Ravinder Mehra, actor Rohan Mehra’s father comes out in support of his son, who is one of the top contestants of Bigg Boss 10.

Self-proclaimed godman, Swami Om has finally been thrown out of the Bigg Boss house. After passing derogatory comments against women and his co-contestants and getting physical with the inmates, Swami Om, during the latest captaincy task, had thrown his pee on Bani J and Rohan Mehra. After this, the makers of the show asked the man to walk out of the house.

Rohan’s father Ravinder Mehra is pretty upset with the episode. When we got in touch with him, he said, “I just watched the footage on Voot and I can’t believe what Swami Om has done. I am so angry. If he had done this to Rohan alone, it would have still been okay. But throwing his pee on Bani is so disgusting. The channel shouldn’t air this bit. It’s so shameful.”

He said that Swami Om should have been thrown out from Bigg Boss much earlier and should now be banned by all channels. “Swami Om and Priyanka Jagga have targeted Rohan since the beginning of the season. Swami had even threatened to ruin Rohan’s face. An actor’s face is the most important part of his personality and this man threatened him. In the last task, Swami Om claimed that Rohan had slapped him when the truth was that my son had only pushed him. On Saturday’s episode, Salman Khan made Rohan understand that he should not lose his temper even if someone provokes him. He had said, ‘I will take care of the person but you shouldn’t react.’ ”

Rohan’s father is happy that his son has taken Salman’s advice seriously. “Salmanji’s advice will help him. Even during this episode, Rohan did not react till Swami Om threw his pee on Bani. Everyone else was standing and watching, but no one came out in their support,” he said.

The father also said that because of Swami Om and Jagga, Rohan hasn’t been able to play the game properly. “Now he will be able to play the game in a fair manner. The audience will get to see his true nature. I don’t know how much impact it will create, considering the show is coming to an end.”

Mehra believes that post Swami’s exit, the competition will be healthy. “Whatever Swami Om was doing on the show can’t be called entertainment. People will now enjoy the show,” he adds.
He believes that Rohan has all the qualities to become the winner. “Rohan has always taken a stand for himself and his female co-contestants. Also, he has a huge fan following especially with young girls. I am sure he will win the show,” he concludes.
